​Swift STEAM Robotics Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) Our  Robotics program for Children of Fallen Heroes is an exciting opportunity for young learners to develop their skills in science, technology, engineering, and math through the exciting world of robotics. In this program, participants will learn how to design, build, and program robots using cutting-edge technology and industry-standard software. They will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of robotic systems, such as drones, rovers, and humanoid robots. The program is designed to encourage participants to think creatively and develop problem-solving skills, as they work on team projects to design and build robots that can perform specific tasks. They will learn how to program robots to perform functions like moving, sensing, and interacting with their environment. STEAM Robotics program: ​ Introduction to Robotics: In this class, participants will learn about the basics of robotics, including the history of robotics, types of robots, and the basic components of a robot. Robotics Design and Construction: In this class, participants will learn how to design and build robots, including choosing the right materials, assembling the components, and testing the robot. Robotics Programming: In this class, participants will learn how to program robots using industry-standard software, including languages like C++, Python, and Java. Robotics Sensors and Controls: In this class, participants will learn about the sensors and controls that are used in robotics, including sensors that detect light, sound, and motion, as well as control systems that enable robots to interact with their environment. Robotics Applications: In this class, participants will explore the real-world applications of robotics, including robotics in manufacturing, healthcare, and space exploration. By participating in the STEAM Robotics program for Children of Fallen Heroes, participants will gain valuable skills in science, technology, engineering, and math, as well as team building and problem-solving skills, all while having fun and exploring the exciting world of robotics.
