Saluting Heroes: Preview of the 11th Annual Southern Pines Veterans Parade

Get ready for a breathtaking display of patriotism at the 11th Annual Downtown Southern Pines Veterans Parade on November 11th. As the sun rises, the Children of Fallen Heroes Parachute Team will descend for the National Anthem, followed by the impressive Bandit Flight, marking the parade's kickoff at 9:30 am.

With over 140 participants, including veterans from WWII, Korean War, Cold War, Vietnam, and Wars on Terrorism, the parade is set to be the largest and most diverse yet. Local businesses, high schools, and Gold Star families will unite to honor and celebrate the courage of our servicemen and women.

Join the Southern Pines community in lining the parade route, expressing gratitude, and showing unwavering support for our veterans. This Saturday promises to be a day of pride, unity, and heartfelt appreciation for those who have selflessly served our nation.
